1947: We won the FA Cup. UP THE ADDICKS!
1990: We nearly won a seat on the local council. YAY!
One trophy, and nearly one seat on the chuffing council - in more than a hundred years. Is it any wonder that we are all constantly in and out of therapy?

Charlton physio, Steve Allen, today confirmed that Kelly Youga will need at least another two weeks rest before he can consider returning to training.
This will be no surprise to Doctor Kish readers, as we brought you this news 10 days ago following our conversation with Kelly in the club shop.
Phil Parkinson is desperate to get Youga back in the team as soon as possible with Grant Basey not impressing in recent matches. Indeed, the Chislehurst born defender was dropped in favour of youngster Chris Solly at Walsall on Tuesday night.
Youga himself was unsure how long the injury would keep him out when we spoke but thought it would be at least a month. His words look sadly prophetic.
